Even though we love living here and are super grateful to have the life we have...
Every once in a while, the longing for things we left in America hits a little harder than other times.
So we must be pro active, and turn a normal night into
TACO BELL NIGHT!
We actually didn't go to Taco Bell all that much when we lived in CO (ok I went a lot in college....mmmmmm Mexican Pizzas!)
But nevertheless, we decided to make Double Decker Tacos Supreme
and homemade salsa!!!
Then we broke into our imported stash of Dell Taco (I know- blending competitors here) and played Nacho Libre in the background.
Good times had by all!
