Not too long before Christmas, the Dude and I made our first attempt at homemade graham crackers!!!

I know! Who am I??!?

My sis sent me this link and I used my mixer (thanks mom!) instead of a food processor and they turned out really well.

Except for the first batch that got totally burnt........

Good times and really tasty treats!

All three of us ate our fair share.

Hard to say for sure, but since we can't buy graham crackers over here, I think we'll make 'em again.
