A few weekends ago we set off to a part of Slovenia that we've never seen before. The fall colors were outstanding and I'm just sorry that my camera won't show them in all their glory.
We headed up north east to a place called Logarske Doline. I'd say it was like the Rocky Mt National Park of Slo.
Breathtakingly beautiful!
The horse was tasting Caleb's fingers!
This little stop was all decked out for a fall festival, complete with children's crafts and a great play ground.
We bought some costans (literally "chestnuts roasted on an open fire"!) and cider and just gawked at the scenary- huge Alpes, amazing colors, quaint farms.
I think God had a lot of fun creating this country. =)
