So Caleb and I went to California together while Hondo was in Slovenia. It was such a great time to be at my parent's house. They were really excited to have Caleb in their home and to get to experience a bit of daily life with him. Here are a few pics of our time together.
This is cousin Katie and Caleb in the double stroller at church. Yes, she is four months older than him but they're about the same size! Diamond Bar was having Vacation Bible School and both Traci and I were the "visiting missionaries". It was a very cool experience to get to share about Slovenia all week. Katie and Caleb hung out in the nursery most of the time. What troopers!
Grammy and Grandpa took Caleb to his very 1st Angel's game! Sara Cherry came along and it was Free Floppy Hat night! Too fun!

At VBS we had the Kindergartners color a picture of the Slovene flag. One little girl called it "Slobolognia"!
Grandpa was very pleased to spend time with his favorite grandson! Molly the dog wasn't too sure about sharing her "center of attention" role with Caleb.
The big news of the trip was that Caleb rolled over for the very first time! Hooray! We are still working on the skill of rolling over the other way because getting stuck on your belly at 2:00 in the morning is no fun... for ANYONE.
This video cracks me up! It was only the 3rd inning and Caleb couldn't stay awake! I can't really blame him, it was a boring game. Only one hit the whole time. Not to worry- we'll go to more games in September! Maybe he'll find them a bit more interesting. What a fun trip!

I'm afraid I'd be doing the same thing at a no hitter game! Can't wait to see you all in a couple weeks.
