Mom has been here for 2 weeks and she has been such a blessing! She has been watching Caleb while we go to school in the mornings. When we come home from school, she has lunch made, dinner in the works and a whole list of things that she accomplished while we were away. She really has worked hard for us and even watched Caleb last night so we could go on a date. Most of the time Caleb has been great for her...except for a few days this week when he was punching through a few molars! No fun for anybody!
This is us picking up mom at the airport in Vienna. See how packed our car is? We stopped by Ikea on the way to pick up mom. Luckily, Hondo figured out how to put mom's luggage on the roof and not mom- which was only an option for a short while. =)
She brought a handful of new toys to keep Caleb distracted while we are away in the mornings. Not the best picture of Caleb, but he has had a LOT of fun with them. She also brought a whole suitcase FULL of food that we can't get over here! It was like Christmas in July! YEAH!!
Thanks for spending such a chunk of the summer with us mom!

I love it! Your house is awesome, and with all the turmoil I can sense in your writing the excitement coupled with the deep, abiding sense of peace about where you are and what you are doing. We are thrilled for you and with you. We'll grab coffee next time you are in town. HA! That probably sounds like a world away!
