...to decorate for Christmas!

So this year, we are staying at MTI (Missions Training International) for most of December, taking several different classes to get ready to move to Slovenia. My wonderful husband had the great idea to put up a tree in our room down here. So we did! We decorated a tree up in Estes and one down here at MTI. We even put up twinkle lights and a few other decorations to make it feel more Christmasy while we are here. Real fun.
You'll notice that both of our trees are tiny AND up on tables. That's because our cute little son is all about grabbing things and pulling on things and eating all sorts of things....
It is kind of hard to see, but the bottom of this little tree says WYNN FAMILY. So just about 9 years ago, when I was student teaching in Brea, my students made these trees for their families for Christmas. My mentor teacher made one for me and put our names in the top two hearts and said, "You'll have to fill in the other hearts when you have kids." Well, this year we actually have a name to add to one of the hearts! How fun! Who knows who's name will be written in that 4th heart...kind of fun to think about though!

I'm thinking that one more heart may not be enough....
