So actually we are at language acquisition school. That means we are learning how to learn a language. It is very interesting and we have defiantly had our brains stretched! It gets me excited to start learning Slovene for sure.
Every day we have to do drills like this. Yikes! Most of the time, I think we sound like a bad choir warming up for a concert. It is funny to think that two weeks ago we didn't know what these symbols stood for- now we do!
The best part of being here has been the time we've spent with our teammates. Both of these couples will be in Slovenia with us. They are a lot of fun and we are thankful for them.
Next to us is Brad and Laurel and their son Landon. Then Matt and Sharron (who is prego with a baby girl!). We all can't wait to join the rest of our JV crew.
